New client onboarding for managed IT services at Tekscape includes all of the following phases:
We evaluate and understand your current infrastructure, assess and identify gaps, and recommend technology solutions for immediate or long-term impact.
We add devices and endpoints to our centralized monitoring and management tools for ongoing alerts, threat monitoring and IT services support.
We gather critical data for the purposes of creating network, systems or collaboration topology diagrams, circuit information, device mapping or other materials that enables Tekscape to provide proactive, responsive and timely managed IT services support.
We export the technical details of your IT infrastructure, including any documentation created, and after thorough internal review of the content, it is provided to you at the end of the new client onboarding process.
We transition your infrastructure to our managed services and support engineers who will be the go-to IT team for your business throughout your managed IT services contract.
A: No. During the discovery phase, our experienced network, systems, or collaboration engineers will document your infrastructure for you. We’ll identify any technology gaps that may pose a risk to your organization. At the end of onboarding, we’ll provide a runbook that documents all the technical details of your infrastructure.
A: Absolutely! You do not need to be a subject matter expert in technology. That’s our job! We will work with you to learn how your current technology infrastructure is (or is not) meeting your pain points and identify your service and support goals. We’ll discuss what success means for you – right now and what you’d like to achieve in the future. Based on what we find out about your environment during the discovery phase, we’ll be able to recommend technology solutions that will keep your business running.
A: Typically, 6-8 weeks, depending on the size, scope, and complexity of your current technology infrastructure. Historical details and documentation of your current environment provided at the start of your engagement can help to condense timelines but is not required if the information is not available. You will be assigned a project manager, a single point of contact, who will provide regular communication updates about the current stage and status of your IT services onboarding.
A: Yes. Tekscape has a network of engineering partners across the country, enabling us to support both local and national businesses across a variety of industry verticals, such as manufacturing, finance, education and legal.
A: There are no limits on the number of users and devices we can manage on a recurring basis. We will discuss and align with you on our standard service level agreement (basically how quickly we respond to incidents and events) to ensure we meets the managed services and support needs of your users and your business – 24/7/35.
A: We understand. Tekscape will provide the details on what is required, based on the scope of what IT services you would like us to manage.
